Recently, the actress announced via Instagram that her mother Carol had peacefully p**********. Ruffa posted a photo of her Mommy Carol taken 2 weeks ago with her and her baby daughter, Athena.
“Ma, I love you,” she wrote as the caption. “Lagi ko tatandaan ‘yung sinabi mo na, ‘ ‘Wag ka matakot, maging matapang ka para sa anak mo.’ Ang sakit mawalan ng ina.”
The “Home Sweetie Home” actress did not reveal the cause of the d****, but said: “Birthday ko pa naman. At least pumikit ka lang at natulog. Nakita mo ang apo mo. Naka attend ka ng first birthday ni Alexa at nakita mo ako kinasal.”
In a separate post, Rufa Mae said she got her sense of humor from her mother, and credited her for a lot of things: “Kaya may Rufa Mae Quinto, kaya may Booba, kaya may Super B! Todo na to! Go go go,” she ended her bittersweet caption.
