Holy moly! – – – This angle makes it look like I don’t have “baby fats” left from pregnancy.. – – That muffin top that won’t go away is annoying because it’s taking some time to get rid of! Yes some of you may say, my body is perfectly fine, but TBH it’s not… The angle and high waist leggings makes the illusion of a flatter stomach. – – CONSISTENCY is key… but who am I kidding?? I also struggle with this… and this week hasn’t been my best. I’ve skipped a couple training session and gave into some cravings of mine. – – But… everyday is a new day to get up and decide you want to be better than yesterday. If it was easy then everybody would be doing it right?(that’s what I tell myself all the damn time)lol – – To all the mama’s, Do you also struggle with juggling everyday life, errands, mom life, workouts and everything else in between? #1stphorm #legionofboom #fitmoms

And TBH, I would rather heal myself in a holistic way.” The actress also did research to know more about a diet that might help her battle the disease. “I have been doing my research on AIP diet and paleo diet, so I will most likely start with it after our vacation.
